		Tony Leach FCEA Tony initially joined the profession with KPMG. He has also worked in industry for several years. Tony successfully established the firm’s Small Business Division, deals with owner managed corporate clients and specialises in tax enquiry work. Tony is Managing Partner at Ward Mackenzie.

		Malcolm Gray FCCA Malcolm qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant in 1995, having specialised in computer consultancy and business advice for clients. Malcolm deals mainly with owner-managed corporate clients and heads the consultancy and corporate finance arm of the practice.

If you are thinking of investigating our services, we can arrange for a partner to come and visit you for an exploratory first meeting. This initial consultation will be free of charge, and will seek to determine the level of services required. For much of our professional work (for example annual audit) we are able to work on a fixed fee basis, agreed in advance with the client.
